I have never felt better. Kat tailored a programme to reach my specific goals which is achievable and realistic. I only intended to do a month with Kat to get me back into fitness, but soon realised how much I enjoyed Kat as a trainer. Fitter, stronger and healthier both physically and mentally. I feel more confident within myself, my family and friends have noticed a huge difference in not only my physique but my liveliness!! 3 months later and only getting stronger and leaner! Kat is a highly motivational trainer who helps you believe that whatever your age you can achieve your fitness goals. She clearly demonstrates each move and is always watching and checking that you are executing each correctly, even if you are in a group. I really enjoy my early morning sessions with Kat and have definitely noticed a difference in my fitness levels and body tone.

Kat is a very energetic, friendly and fun trainer and I would recommend her to people of all ages! Kat's energy on the online classes is infectious so you will find yourself pushing for that last rep. I'd say go for it!! you will not regret it and its likely you'll also make a kind and full-of-fun friend along the way! ❤

Kat’s classes are fun, upbeat and very good, clear instruction is given and the half an hour flies by very quickly. Suitable for all ages and abilities and delivered in a very professional way. I am really enjoying being part of these sessions and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Couldn’t recommend Kat’s classes more. Her positivity, friendliness and energy makes the classes so enjoyable whilst also being hard enough that you get those gains. With her new programme being one that offers flexibility and choice, it seems a no brainier to get involved.

I joined in on Kat’s online Tabata class this morning. This was extremely supportive and motivational class, being lead in a professional structured manner. It’s clear that Kat is very knowledgable fitness trainer who invests a lot of time into her training to assist her clients reach their fitness goals. Highly recommend joining in on these classes whatever your fitness ability may be.

I've worked with lots of different trainers over the last 20+ years and Kat's sessions are way up there with some of the best I've done. They're well structured, hard work, but lots of fun. She really pushes you, but is very mindful of injuries. Can't wait to train with you again soon!

Having had a nasty accident before Christmas and left with limited and restricted movement due to several torn ligaments I decided to go to Kat for mobility... I was rather anxious due to the pain and discomfort I had endured.. I am very pleased to say I am back running and my mobility is vastly better and I can not thank Kat enough for her expertise.. Kat is a very experienced qualified Personal Trainer who understands the anatomy of the body and her enthusiasm is second to none... What a fabulous find and I cannot rate Kat enough. Having being in this industry myself for over 20 years Kat is an exceptional coach who looks at everything from general fitness and includes Diet and nutrition.. Thank you Kat.

Kat is a super friendly and enthusiastic personal trainer who invests so much into training her clients to help them to achieve their goals. She will help guide you to make realistic personal goals that address you in a holistic way - Kat is not about a “one stop weight drop shop” but instead will work with you in a sustainable manner that will make you a stronger happier individual in all aspects of life not just in the gym! I love the diversity of the training that Kat programmes and the involvement of both indoors and outdoors exercise! As a runner I want to work on improving my strength training to not only prevent injury from my running but also to allow me to train to run rather than run to train and Kat helped me to facilitate this and now I’ve just completed the virtual London marathon and feel so fit and strong - not broken or injured at all even after 26.2miles!! Totally recommend Kat regardless of your goals!!

After years of not liking my body I finally got my butt into gear and realised I needed to do something about it. After having Nora our little one I realised now is the time to do something for myself. Kat has not only made me feel more confident she has also made my day to day life easier with her recommendations in nutrition to the exercise plan she’s set out. Having a 18 month old means I can’t go to the gym or spend hours doing workouts. So Kat has given me a 30min session 3 times a week which I can do in the lounge with a resistance band and weights. This makes being able to do fitness so easy and enjoyable while my little one watches Moana or Frozen and I can crack on with my workout. I’m one month in and I cannot wait to see the progress in the next couple of months of my training. You’re a superstar thank you Kat!

Kat’s sessions have changed my world around health and fitness . Her 4 week program could not be any more tailored to your needs , she is so knowledgeable when it comes to giving advice on nutrition and exercise. She has helped me become more of aware of how to look after my body but not to restrict myself which is so important. She’s a lovely girl and so motivating so get in touch !

Kat got me to actually do some exercise and have a laugh while doing it. She knows how to find you weaknesses and tailor the session to suit your needs. Definitely worth it.
