What I do

I help build confidence in the gym by showing you how to train not just telling you what to do. 55 minutes to completely switch off from everything else and focus on you.

Together we focus on:

  • Learning proper technique ( so you feel safe and in control )

  • Building a strong foundation that you can rely on

  • Understand how your body moves, especially through pregnancy and beyond

  • Create a way of training that actually fits your life
