Cancellation Policy

As from the 1st of April 2022, 24 hrs notice prior to your session must be given to cancel your training appointment otherwise you will be charged in full for the session if I am unable to fill the space.

However; if you have to cancel due to a medical emergency then you will not be charged if the session is rescheduled within 5 days.

If you cancel your session with more than 24 hours’ notice, then you can reschedule to a later date at no extra cost. 

This policy not only gives you an incentive not to miss your session but enables me to refill the session if possible.
