I've done group and PT sessions with Kat and would highly recommend. I've worked with lots of different trainers over the last 20+ years and Kat's sessions are way up there with some of the best I've done. They're well structured, hard work, but lots of fun. She really pushes you, but is very mindful of injuries. Can't wait to train with you again soon!
